We&Co Terms Of Service
We&Co. reserves the right to revoke membership without issuing a refund in part or in whole. There will be no refund of dues after joining the We&Co. community.
I understand that the goal of each Huddle is to create a focused team of referral partners whose intent is to pass business between each of the other members for the success of the group and the individuals in the group.
I understand there are certain KPI’s I must reach in order to be a valued member to my Huddle. They are as follows:
1. Not miss more than two (2) meetings in a six (6) month period.
2. Pass a minimum of two (2) referrals a month to one or more members per month.
3. Upload a minimum of two (2) warm leads into the Huddle CRM system for other members to utilize. (it is my job to vet and ensure these leads are not cold)
4. Record closed business directly as a result of being in the Huddle. This is to track individual progress and growth as well as the collective growth of the group.
5. Each member is expected to log their attendance, leads, referrals, closed business, and closed business amount before the last Wednesday of the month via the We&Co. app.
I understand that failure to meet KPI’s will result in a group review. This review may or may not choose to ask me to leave the group should I not be meeting said KPI’s.
I understand there are resources which can and will help me reach said KPI’s. Those resources include my Huddle Chief, the Huddle Master (Missy Martin) as well as the We&Co. team.
There are certain circumstances which the attendance policy (under KPI’s) will not be enforced – this includes medical leave and/or family emergencies, or natural catastrophes. A member may receive a Leave of Absence for up to ten (10) weeks upon written notification to the We&Co. team.
I understand that if a member chooses to zoom into a meeting due to travel, illness, or emergency which warrants them unable to attend their Huddle meeting, they can choose to join the meeting via zoom. This will not count as an absence.
I understand that I must attend an orientation meeting within the first 60 days of joining a huddle, and once a year thereafter.
I understand that I am free to network (including industry-specific groups) within other networking groups while being a part of this Huddle. However, I am not allowed to join another group that requires I only pass referrals to members in that group.
I understand that there will be no refund of membership dues after acceptance into a Huddle.
I understand that my huddle will meet twice a month for approximately one (1) hour at a location of our choosing on the same day(s) each month, unless a holiday falls on such a day.
I understand that each Huddle is expected to have high trust and cooperation from every member within the group. Failure to have this high trust and cooperation can result in missed profits and opportunities from some or all of the members.
I understand that I, along with the other Huddle members are expected to operate with the utmost integrity and honesty towards every other huddle member. Should a discrepancy arise, it is expected that we, the Huddle members, first attempt to resolve the issue on our own. If a neutral third party is needed to resolve an issue, the Huddle Master shall step in and attempt to resolve the situation as a mediator. If a solution cannot be reached, this could be grounds for the removal of one or more members of the Huddle.
I understand that the last Tuesday of every month (save for December) will be reserved for all We&Co. Huddles to meet and network with members of other Huddles. Attendance is not mandatory at this event but it is appreciated!
I understand that each Huddle is expected to keep their members accountable in reaching their monthly key performance indexes (hereafter “KPI’s”), as well as their goals, so as to promote the success of the group.
