We&Co Membership Agreements
All We&Co Members are expected to read and initial, sign, and/or virtually sign the following agreements.
We&Co reserves the right to revoke membership without issuing a refund in part or in whole. There will be no refund of dues after joining the We&Co. community.
Membership Expectations
I understand that the goal of each We&Co Huddle is to create a focused team of referral partners whose intent is to pass business between each of the other members for the success of the group and the individuals in the group.
I understand there are certain KPI’s I must reach in order to be a valued member of my Huddle. They are as follows:
- Not miss more than two (2) meetings in a six (6) month period. Zooming into a meeting or having a substitute attend on your behalf counts as attendance.
- Pass a minimum of four (4) referrals to one or more members per month.
- Each member is expected to log their attendance, leads, and referrals within the first 10 minutes of each huddle meeting.
I understand that failure to meet KPI’s will result in a group review. This review may or may not choose to ask me to leave the group should I not be meeting said KPI’s.
I understand there are resources that can and will help me reach said KPI’s. Those resources include my Huddle Chief as well as We&Co ambassadors.
Attendance Policy Exceptions
Certain circumstances exempt the attendance policy under KPI’s, including:
- Medical leave
- Family emergencies
- Natural catastrophes
A member may receive a Leave of Absence for up to ten (10) weeks upon written notification to the We&Co leadership team, including the Regional Director and/or my Huddle’s Ambassador.
General Member Expectations
I understand the following:
- Attending an orientation meeting with my Huddle Chief within the first 30 days of joining is mandatory.
- Zooming into a meeting for travel, illness, or emergencies is acceptable and will not count as an absence. However, attendance must still be logged on the We&Co platform.
- Networking with other groups is allowed, including industry-specific groups, as long as the focus remains on collaboration and professional growth.
- There will be no refund of membership dues after acceptance into a We&Co Huddle.
- Each Huddle meets twice a month for approximately one (1) hour unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Trust and cooperation are essential for group success. Disputes should first be resolved within the group, with the Huddle Master acting as mediator if necessary.
Accountability and Integrity
Each Huddle is expected to keep members accountable for their monthly KPIs and goals. Members must operate with integrity and honesty towards one another. Discrepancies should be resolved internally first, and unresolved issues may result in the removal of members.
Monthly Networking Events
The last Tuesday of every month (except December) is reserved for all We&Co Huddles to meet and network with members of other Huddles. Attendance is not mandatory but appreciated.
