Lisa focuses her practice on providing legal advice and preparing documents, assisting families with their estate planning, including Wills & Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Directives, Assignments, and Deeds, as well as LLC formal business documents, such as member certificates and operating agreements.  Lisa also assists families with trust and estate administration and probate matters.
