What is a Huddle?
FAQs – A Huddle is a small industry-specific group comprised of highly committed, trustworthy professionals whose purpose is to grow their own, as well as the other members’ books of business. It is a hybrid of business development, masterminding, and networking.
Can I be in more than 1 Huddle?
FAQs – A We&Co member can join up to two (2) Huddles though:
- the two (2) “Huddles” must be different industries and/or niches within an industry,
- and the applicant must be able and willing to refer to all members within that Huddle,
- the applicant must be voted in by existing members within that Huddle before joining.
How can a Huddle grow my business?
FAQs – Each professional in We&Co is vetted for membership. Our members have to be someone who can both receive and refer business to every other member in that group. Because We&Co is a referral marketing business, we like to ensure that our members both add value and receive value from other members. To ensure this, certain KPIs (key performance indicators) must be met by each member in order to keep the culture and spirit of We&Co.
Who is in each Huddle?
FAQs – Five to ten hand-selected professionals in specific industries who can both give and receive referrals and leads to every other member of the group. A few examples of industry-specific “Huddles” are as follows:
- Residential Real Estate Huddle
- Commercial Real Estate Huddle
- Health & Wellness Huddle
- Wedding Huddle
- Residential Construction Huddle
- Commercial Construction Huddle
- Agricultural Huddle
- Automotive Huddle
- Business-to-Business Huddle

How many people are allowed in each Huddle?
FAQs – Anywhere from eight (8) to fifteen (15) professionals who have the same target audience but offer different products and services make up a Huddle.
How often do Huddle meetings occur?
FAQs – Huddles meet twice a month, for an hour, on the same days, time, and at the same venue. For example, second and fourth Tuesdays at 8:00 am or first and third Fridays at 12:00 pm.
How much does it cost to join a Huddle?
FAQs – There are currently two (2) We&Co member packages. They are listed below along with their respective pricing.
What is the Leadership Hierarchy within We&Co?
FAQs – Every region has a regional director. Every city has a Huddle master that oversees the Ambassadors and Chiefs. Here is a diagram:
What is expected of We&Co members?
FAQs – Naturally, we want all of our members to be hungry, humble, and emotionally intelligent. We also expect them to follow some of our ground rules. They are as follows:
- Attendance: not more than two (2) absences from a member’s Huddle can happen within a six (6) month period. Keep in mind that a member can choose to either zoom in or send a substitute and this counts as attendance so long as they take responsibility for logging their attendance in the platform.
- Referrals: a minimum of four (4) referrals must be passed per month. Keep in mind, that there is a difference between referrals and leads!
- Practice the golden rule. Treat other members as you would want to be treated.
Who runs the Huddle meetings?
FAQs – A Huddle Chief is the person responsible for keeping the meeting on time and on track. Their responsibilities include
- assisting other Huddle members in meeting and reaching their monthly KPIs,
- holding each member accountable for their goals, and
- troubleshooting any challenges or errors one or all Huddle members are experiencing.
The meetings are designed in such a way that all responsibilities of the chief should be able to be completed during the Huddle. The Huddle Chief also has the ability to nominate a secretary during the meeting to add additional support.

FAQs – KPIs stand for key performance indicators. We&Co uses KPIs to track member success while maintaining and cultivating its collaborative culture.
