Unveiling We&Co Teams: A Weekly Networking Powerhouse
Teams brings members together once a week for an hour and a half of focused, industry-exclusive networking in a structured setting. Unlike Huddles, which convene twice a month for an hour in a highly strategic, hyper-focused meeting, Teams members each represent a unique industry. This exclusive representation coupled with business SWOTlights and distinctive KPIs—such as
- passing four referrals a month,
- attending at least two Me-2-We’s (one-on-one meetings), and
- not missing more than two meetings in a six-month span.
The Debut of Our New Traditional Networking Model
Our inaugural “Teams” meeting is slated for Wednesday, March 27th, 2024 at 11:15 AM at Bellacino’s on S. Glenstone in Springfield, Missouri. This event isn’t just the launch of a new service but a celebration of how We&Co continues to innovate in making professional networking more effective and rewarding. As you know, our mission includes maximizing professionals’ time while making them more money. Gone are the days of having several hours of “networking homework,” within each networking group. As the same as our Huddles, we have the opportunity to get our “networking homework” done during the Teams meeting so that when you leave, you don’t have additional “To-Dos” on your already expansive work list.

I remember being a part of leadership in other networking groups, and while it was fun, it turned into a part-time job! After a while, I started wondering if I was spending my time wisely. Not including my weekly hour-and-a-half long networking meeting, I was spending an additional 8-10 hours a week in a leadership role within my networking chapter. It was exhausting! Fast-forward to the COVID-19 quarantine, where I spent my time working out the pros and cons of networking and voila! We&Co was born, and so was the Huddle!

About We&Co Huddles
We&Co is a professional co-oping & professional networking business that was founded in Springfield, Missouri in 2020. While there are many professional networking groups in and around the United States, We&Co focuses on creating small industry-specific groups with five to ten professionals who all have the same target audience but offer different products and services.
In essence, professionals come to us when they want to save time while making more money. These industry-specific groups are essential pods of professionals surrounded by their ideal referral partners.
These small groups of referral partners (called “Huddles) meet up twice a month for an hour and talk strategy on how to become that one-stop-shop for their clients.
