Meeting Venues in Springfield, Mo for Small To Medium Sized Groups

Since first moving back, I had a major issue trying to find meeting venues in Springfield, Mo for small groups in and around our Queen City.  Seeing as I’ve been back for a while, and have hosted many breakfasts, lunch, and happy hour meetings, I’ve decided to keep a list that I could refer back to when I have a “venue block.”  Trust me, it happens to the best of us!

I’ve been throwing professional networking events since 2012.  Surprisingly, I have found that bigger venues are typically easier to find online than smaller venues.

And when I say small, I mean anywhere from 8 to 50 people.  Typically executive boardrooms and small intimate restaurant spaces have been what I’ve been wanting.

Finding the perfect venue isn’t always easy and finding one within your budget can be difficult.  Add with the current COVID-19 job market on top of that (i.e. understaffed kitchens and wait staff) it may be a bit of a challenge!

So, to ease the pain of hosting your own soiree, gathering, networking event, or corporate event, we listed them down for ya!  That’s right.  We made a list of meeting venues in Springfield, Mo for small to medium-sized groups JUST for you!  Please keep in mind, that there are many other event spaces available within SGF, these are just ones that we have either personally used or have attended events at!

Caveate:  The below-mentioned venue spaces are approximations.  We highly recommend calling the venues, restaurants and meeting spaces to verify the amount of people they can seat in their private rooms or closed off dining areas.
