A Huddle is We&Co's signature small-group format — a hybrid between a referral networking group and a mastermind. Each Huddle contains 5–15 professionals who share the same target audience but don't compete with each other. Members meet twice a month for one hour to exchange referrals, discuss client challenges, and help each other become a one-stop shop for their clients.

We&Co and BNI are both referral networking organizations, but with key differences. We&Co groups (called Huddles) are smaller (5–15 members vs. BNI's 20–50), more focused on a specific client niche, and built around a co-oping philosophy. We&Co is women-owned and has a strong community in Springfield and Joplin, MO. We&Co also offers free community events alongside its paid Huddle membership.

We do host women-focused events like our monthly Ladies Only Happy Hour, but membership in a Huddle is open to any business owner who wants to grow through strategic referral partnerships.
