Member app FAQ
- Do I need the App Store or Google Play?
- No. We&Co is a Progressive Web App (PWA). On iPhone, use Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen. On Android, Chrome shows an Install app prompt after you sign in. You get push notifications, offline referral queue, and a full-screen member experience without a store download.
- What push notifications will I receive?
- You control each category: new referrals, event reminders, Huddle meeting reminders, visitor follow-up, membership renewal, and platform updates. Defaults are on; turn any off in Settings → Notifications.
- Does it work offline?
- Yes — partially. You can draft referrals offline; they sync when you reconnect. The shell loads from cache so your dashboard and referrals stay usable on spotty Wi‑Fi at events.
- Can I check in at networking events from my phone?
- Yes. RSVP in the Events tab, then check in when you arrive. Hosts can run check-in sessions; visitors can be captured for follow-up pushes the next day.
- Is my data safe on a demo screenshot?
- Marketing pages use synthetic demo accounts and fixture data (Alex Rivera, Jordan Lee). We never publish real member PII in public screenshots — see docs/DEMO_MARKETING_ACCOUNT.md.
