Jana Hennemann
Jana founded We&Co in 2020 in Springfield, Missouri, to help local professionals grow through structured, referral-focused networking—not generic mixers, but small groups and clear accountability.
Background
Before We&Co, Jana founded and led WeDames Organization(2016–2020), a Springfield-based community helping women connect professionally and personally. That work shaped how We&Co approaches trust, local relationships, and practical business support.
She brings more than twenty years of business experience to her work with members and Huddle leaders—focused on saving time, increasing referrals, and building networks that behave like real partnerships.
The Huddle model
Jana developed We&Co's Huddle concept as a response to crowded networking rooms where only a handful of people could realistically send you steady referrals. Huddles are smaller, industry-aware groups that meet on a regular cadence to pass introductions, share accountability, and strategize together—now serving professionals across Southwest Missouri and the Ozarks, including Joplin, Springfield, and Marshfield.
