Engagement Requirement

I understand that engagement is not optional if I want results.

I acknowledge that referrals, relationships, and ROI are directly tied to my attendance, preparation, follow-through, and contribution to the group.

No Refund Policy

I understand that We&Co does not offer refunds.

I acknowledge that all memberships and upgrades are non-refundable.

Professional Conflict Resolution

I agree to address issues directly and professionally should they arise.

If I have a concern or conflict with another member, I agree to take it directly to that individual first rather than gossiping, undermining, or damaging their reputation inside or outside of We&Co.

Growth Mindset

I consider myself hungry, humble, and smart.

I am actively growing, open to feedback, and willing to adjust my behavior to get better results.

Membership is Behavior-Based

I understand that We&Co is selective by behavior, not just payment.

I acknowledge that participation in We&Co is a privilege, and continued access depends on how I show up—not just that I signed up.
